i.         To permanently representing the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the International Federation of Medical Students Associations meetings and activities as well as Taking part in other health or youth-related activities on the international level.

ii.        To obtain growth and development of Saudi medical student’s knowledge, attitude and practice on the personal and social level within the cultural and traditional morals and to strengthen the bonds between the students all over the Kingdom. 

iii.      Emphasizing cooperation and bonds between the students themselves, and to strengthen the ties between the students and the academic and administrative officers within the medical schools kingdom wide to create a suitable educational atmosphere.  

iv.      Empowering the medical students to use their knowledge and capacities for the benefit of society through programmed activities and events . 

v.        Allowing medical students in Saudi Arabia to join the world debate on global health-related topics to formulate policies from such discussions.  

vi.   Promoting and facilitating professional and scientific exchanges as well as projects and extracurricular trainings for medical students, thereby sensitizing them to other cultures and societies and their health problems.  

vii.     Linking medical students in Saudi Arabia with the international medical community in order to increase the learning opportunities available to the students and to allow them to communicate their knowledge and share their experiences to other medical institutions in the interest of the common goal.  

viii. To develop leadership between the medical students as future community leaders. Also to give them a chance to responsibly express, exchange and even implement their best thoughts and ideas.
